13.3 Jury Trial Waiver
YOU AND SUMMITGATE INSURANCE PARTNERS WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
13.4 Location and Fees
Arbitration shall take place in Polk County, Iowa. Each party shall bear their own attorneys' fees and costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
13.5 Opt-Out

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
